Dr Halbert is the Director of a global healthcare consultancy firm that provides specialist advice on the development, implementation & evaluation of medical technology & digital health products & services for children & young people. This includes all aspects related to: clinical governance, risk management, regulation, safeguarding, consent, patient experience, & healthcare systems. He has a particular interest in the role that digital health can play in improving the quality of care provided and patient experience through hospital at home and remote patient monitoring.
